引入 libvirt-java 依赖的 jna 版本修改为 5.12.1, 因为项目中还有其他依赖包含有 jna, 比如 oshi-core 包含 jna:5.12.1, 而 docker-java 则包含 jna:5.8.0, 会出现兼容性问题
